Port Cos Roleplay Game
Turn Two
1st day of Fifth Hand of the Month of Camerius (3) in the year 10,159 CA
Some interesting developments here and a few questions people had that are worth answering en masse
Support! You can only support an attack move from a territory that shares a border with the territory you are “Attacking/moving into/extorting/being mean to”
Collaring! If your character is collared does the character who collared you get control of your district?
No, you own property but you do not own the district. You control it through people, thugs, nosy scribes, lawyers, etc. Those people no longer take orders from you. As an example, use those chick kurri agents in the books who were queen of the walk and commanded hundreds of dudes then didn’t anymore and had to.. well, you know.
Neutral territories. I retained the first turn rule where neutrals are open and vulnerable. I don’t think I was clear enough that you needed two on one to get them and might as well get them out of the way since they will become crucial.

The Port Cos Post
In Port News today, The Old Valleran district saw the highest rise in crime and untoward activity through out the city. Scribes from the Brook Lane were seen making inroads against the philosophies of the New Valleran headmaster Torrin Graves in the eastern quarter while the new Arian tenants, some of whom brandished the flags of Arian captain Furius Titanius were seen pushing out scribes from the dormitories in Southern Valleran. Additonal confusion as to the start of the fires in North market was also rumored to be by the hand of Captain Titanius. Said an onlooker;
“When will this Ar on Ar violence stop?”
Not all the news was bad for the new headmaster of Valleran as it seems farmers sympathetic to his cause were heard extolling his virtues and promising fresh grain shipments to the campus on the end of hand. This news was not especially welcomed in the Avenue of coins where wealthy merchants were known to have attempted purchase of several liens in the area to no avail. Meanwhile in the North East Farms Scribe Lucian Simon was seen teaching children to read. Sources could not confirm rumors that the scribe was teaching seditious texts but the North east farms have been flying Simon Banners since this morning.
Market update!
The Merchants of the Arian controlled market district were surprisingly quiet this hand after the events of last hands provide so much disruption of normal business. While the North Market territory seems to have fallen under the control of the Titanius clan, Merchants re established themselves in what had been called the Crotona market as the heiress of Crotona fortunes went mysteriously missing late last night. No activity from the notorious Crotona family was reported in neighboring districts and observers are left wondering just who controls the lucrative docks trade. Witnesses at the docks told this reporter,
“Who controls the docks?”
From the Market district, this is Ima frikingobvious reporting.
In Western District news.
Reports of a clash between the remnants of Pa Kurs brigands and Valentin Renaldis followers can not be confirmed but boatman bearing the now infamous arm badge “Valentin is blessed.” Were seen in the North wallows casting for fish and looking toward the south
All else was quiet in the city with reports that new Arian influences have been seen in the gardens.
